Through gradually building up a managed network of such internal workplace champions, trained in the skills of getting their message across in a no-nonsense but structured way, the company can develop a fantastic resource to meet many of the specific learning blockages, which benefit best from a timely injection of help rather than full training course attendance.

It's not rocket science - but it does need the right background atmosphere and attitude, ongoing positive support throughout the organisation ...... and overall administration/management to facilitate the ever-increasing range of individual learner/workplace champion link-ups.
